      Good working environment, where you can build your relationship with your coworkers and managers. Great place to learn and train yourself.

      Cons

      High pressure, but worth a try because you will expect yourself to learn more.

      Pros

      Sorenson Communications has great ethics. I liked the team leaders, trainers and management. I also liked the other communication assistants. All very personable.

      Cons

      For me there were cons because it was not a very good job fit for me. Stressful for the person that can't multi-task very well.

      Pros

      Wonderful people, rewarding work, helping the deaf and hard-of-hearing, flexible schedules. I respect the management team, the focus of the work and the benefits of working for Sorenson.

      Cons

      I wish the location was a little closer to my home. My job does not include tuition reimbursement, I wish it did. The FCC controls Sorenson's direction and hampers their ability to grow and maintain the best service for their consumers.
