      Easy job, but no chance of moving up ever and would not want to.

      Pros

      Easy work but incredibly boring and mind numbing, good pay for the job you do, very flexible schedule. Good for someone that just needs a little extra cash.

      Cons

      Micro-managers, constantly training you on some new un-necessary program, non-stop emails, always taking away hours and then wanting to add them at their convenience, and no ability to move up (if you wanted to, but not sure who really could do this job full-time!).

      Pros

      They invest in IT, and in employees. Lots of opportunity for learning and growth. Big, advanced infrastructure for medium sized company.

      Cons

      Some growing pains still not worked out- uncertainty regarding FCC rate structures. More controls could be in place

      It WAS an okay job

      Pros

      Pay was okay. It was a decent place for a college student or someone needing a little extra cash. I enjoyed providing a necessary service for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Made me feel good. Great employees.

      Cons

      They closed my department and laid everyone off because their business model became unprofitable. The FCC cut their level of compensation. It will keep getting cut for the next 3 years. They also got a huge fine for not following new government regulations. Most of the managers were clueless.
