Pros

It pays super well and you can always get more hours if you need money. And you always have the feeling that you are really helping people connect to their friends and family in their daily life.

Cons

It was a call center so at times things would become extremely boring and you wish for human interaction but no one really talks to each other.

Pros

Steady and guaranteed hours. Taxes are taken out for you so it is not the whole freelance 'how much should I hold myself' thing. Teams are available for when you need them.

Cons

Although you do have steady hours and guaranteed work, you are still overworked; even with that 10 min break for every hour. Calls come in constantly depending on how large the queue is, so you may go from a very stressful call to a very light call. However hold times can be a blessing in times of stress.
