Pros

Great employees, relaxed atmosphere, and hours are flexible to a point. Exciting industry, video compression and video in general. Easy to be passionate about the work.

Cons

It is hard to place a con on the company at this point, recently there has been a CEO change and that limits my ability to speak to any cons. There is a bit of a lack of communication throughout departments but fixing that is on the agenda. Not a lot goes on as far as company events.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for with incredible people and awesome benefits! The work is varied and exciting, using the newest technologies on cutting edge platforms to bring solutions to market in a streamlined and agile process. The office is fantastic also, with Macbook Pros, dual monitors and your choice of OS. The software development process is truly agile, with Scrum Masters and a whole team who know how to properly work in an agile manner. Top this all off with a fantastic company attitude to work and employee happiness and you have a great company all around.

Cons

Whilst there are only a few bad points, they are noticeable. Pension nor private healthcare start until after probation period ends. Sick policy is quite strict, and so too recently is the work from home policy (need a "valid" reason). Whilst these are only minor things, they do affect employee happiness to a degree.

They are treating you fairly AS LONG you meet their goals, expectations and obey all commands. Then you are in their good graces.

Cons

It is very stressful and numbers based company culture, where they measure your performance by numbers. They do not care about anything else. Number and numbers and numbers that's all they care.
