Employees are treated to free hot meals, snacks, 3 'social lunches' per month in Cardiff, plus other random events and treats. Company offers private healthcare, stock options, and up to 5% pension contributions. Staff morale is very high

Salaries seem arbitrary and vary wildly Working from home policy needs updating for the 21st Century.
