Pros

I am treated like an adult, respected by my peers and management, entrusted to do my job. This inspires me to do better. Benefits are awesome! The work is never boring, we're always looking at new business opportunities that help me to grow as a professional, and help the company to grow too.

Cons

I think we're experiencing some growing pains as we're getting bigger and more complex but this is the right team to work through those challenges.

Bonuses were pretty consistently paid out.

Cons

Their number one priority was always profit. Employees and members came second to that every time.
