Annual bonuses at the end of the year

Cons

Don’t like to promote from within, unless it’s a candidate that will make the company appear more diverse. Don't like to give more than 2 % raises each year. Say they care about employees but only care if it’s within their best interest. Will gaslight employees into signing separation agreements/ nda contracts when leaving so they can’t get sued for the shady stuff they are doing behind the scenes. Say they care about mental health, but do nothing to help the workers who need resources for it.

Sound also recently implemented a Work Life Balance (WLB) program to provide employees flexibility with work life balance and overall well-being.
