Good co-workers, fair pay, great benefits, new CEO is moving the company in a progressive direction.

Cons

Technology is a little behind, they're trying to improve it. **I left because I followed another career/passion, otherwise I would have stayed.

Horrible Company!

Pros

Pay and incentive was decent and there was nice and helpful employees in all departments.

Cons

They fire a lot of people and will let you go without written or verbal warnings. They don't care about the employees enough to give any counsel or guidance before getting rid of you and will lie and cheat to get it done. I could write a book about how horrible I was treated there as a mom trying to balance my work and family life to being degraded as a human being on a daily basis by my manager and not getting any support. Stay away if you can!!

Expanding Company with Real Opportunities

Pros

The company is growing and is putting money into advertising and expanding. So there is definitely room to grow.

Cons

It is a mid size company and operates within the Puget Sound area. However it almost felt like a nation wide company. Communication felt slow from top to bottom and between departments.
