Many of long term senior team lack education and experience for the job Pay is low turnover is high

I enjoy coming to work everyday and appreciate Sounds philosophy of member service being number one! Staff are encouraged to treat each other as we want to be treated. The benefits and retirements package are excellent.

Cons

I cant think of any.
