      Pros

      Great onboarding process, everyone is very welcoming. You get to learn all about the company and it's values on your first day. The whole process from applying to onboarding was smooth and very communicative. You feel valued and appreciated for your work.

      Cons

      Although I do not consider it being a bad thing, the company has a very fast pace work environment. Be ready to hit the ground running.
