Please hear us when we say, WE LOVE our practice management team! Thank you for being a very essential part of Sound, tapping into development opportunities, staying curious, and pushing yourself to learn and grow. On the flip side, we heard frustrations like yours and have made strides this year (2025) to improve our benefits package, including medical coverage. That said, we love to hear from our folks about how we can make things even better, so let us know. Same goes for onboarding – your insights are what make it better for the next new colleagues. So glad you’re here, and please reach out to belong@soundphysicians.com. — The Sound team

Over Good Company to Work With

Pros

Everyone I have worked with has treated me as a person and a valuable part of a solution, not just a cog in a machine. I am compensated fairly, get a decent amount of time off, and have been able to use my time off without any issues.

Cons

Downstream communication of upstream changes have not always been relayed, which can lead to some frustration when the changes impact your team. I will say this has been improving over the last year or so, though there's still much room for improvement.

Thank you for being part of our incredible Sound team. It's important to us that you feel seen and heard as an expert in your own right and, yes, part of the collective solution to better care for our patients. It's also heartening to hear that you're tracking on some of the improvements we've made around transparency and consistency of communication, including how news is cascaded through our organization. We know we still have work to do and appreciate the helpful feedback. Thank you, too, for the feedback around business colleague bonuses. We will take it into account as we continue to look at improving our overall benefits structure. — The Sound team
