      Work with cohesive team. Schedule is M-F w/ paid holidays. Room to grow. No direct patient care.

      Some departments offer flexibility but it is dependant on the manager.

      Cons

      Expensive insurance, lack of culture, toxic leadership, and unethical pay practices. High turnover rate with little career advancement. It's all about who you know.
