      I've been with Sound for 10 years and have no plans to leave. Sound has been fertile soil for me. Working here won't be easy, but it will be worth it. We have a group of growth-minded senior leaders that have a demonstrable commitment to our mission, vision, and values. You don't get that everywhere you go. It's an honor to be pulling alongside this team toward our common objective.

      Every place will have its challenges and I believe that they are simply what you make of them. If your mindset is one of adaptability, personal growth and continual improvement then Sound is a phenomenal place to be.
