An immature and selfish management team that reminded me of a high school clique. Words inadequately describe the experience, except to say nothing within the company structure can make up for the lack of character, integrity and regard for people found in Management. Cannot judge a company based on the management of a division, but hiring is from the top down, so someone with similar value systems and behaviors placed these people in leadership roles. There are underlying “People” issues causing this company rating to drop under 3. At the end of the day, money isn’t enough to tolerate self-serving Managers with artificial intentions and destructive behaviors. The worst employment experience in my extensive career in this field.
