      Pros

      Great benefits and PTO (when you can use it), tele-working, great colleagues, family first attitude, able to work autonomously.

      Cons

      Understaffed, heavy work loads! Too many different operating platforms, no incentives, minimal pay raises, staffing left to deliver on promises that aren't obtainable or manageable but expected to fix all issues. ON CALL weekends, nights and all holidays with no back-up. - no work life balance. Very Stressful position.

We are glad you see the focus on family and working with great co-workers. We are continuing to explore ways to help all of our colleagues decompress through exploratory team-based conversations.
