      Gives lots of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Unstable working conditions. Very odd management styles. Promised OTE for "expected comission" inconsistent with actual income earned. Lays off employees with no notice. Laid off top earners with high senority. Scouts waited years for opportunity to be full cycle recruiters even though the talent scout role is meant as a feeder role into recruiter position. 50,000 base- no real bonus for approximately 3 months.
