      Employed position with benefits, serve a good hospital system.

      Uncaring about both employees and patients. Everything is about saving money for the company, even when it compromises patient care.

      Pros

      Lots of hardworking people who are helpful and kind. I got lots of experience in healthcare.

      Cons

      They always promote work life balance but it was bad in my department. Even got worst when they made us full time remote. I was working longer and felt like i was online more resolving issues. No appreciation to the employees especially the once who are left after people left. Benefits are expensive. Not focused on employee retention; lots of turnover. Pay is much less than market
