      Pros

      Some people in the company are truly fantastic examples of how people should treat others

      Cons

      Some people in the company (typically Directors and higher) seem to lack any empathy towards their "resources" and routinely reward people for flat-out lying and step all over colleagues to get ahead. The level of politicizing and taking the in-office gossip as gospel leads to good people being singled-out for acting like a human-being.

      Organized platform and has a good billing and coding introduction and training for new physicians

      Cons

      Untruthful about the census and duties. More interested in the business aspect of medicine rather than focusing on patient care and safety

      Think twice.....or you'll have NO LIFE

      Pros

      Met some great colleagues and learned a lot.

      Cons

      Since I joined my team, I have no personal life anymore. My health has suffered as have my relationships. Long hours are essentially demanded, incredibly awful management doesnt help either. No structure, no proper training and no help whatsoever. Needless to say..think twice before you say 'yes' or you'll be member of the 'Sound divorced club' because all you'll do is work.
