They use every excuse not to give you a raise. They constantly change your work flow. They don’t allow you to take breaks. This company paints you an image that is very positive. The truth is that it is far from. Regional team looks down at all employees and some are bullies. What professionals you know use profanity and threats as to who they know in company against physicians who are trying to make a positive change for what is right. Unless you know someone there it is hard for you to move up. I believe them to be discriminatory. They judge you without knowing you no matter how hard you work and how well you work. They take pride is bashing you to everyone that comes on and taint them as well of your image. They cannot keep staff and feel as if everyone is replaceable which is why all their sites are doing poorly. I have never seen a company treat physicians so poorly.

Sound Physicians are more interested in pleasing a hospital at the expense of its employees to keep a contract with that hospital. Sound appears to be interested in the bottom line rather than in the best interests of their employees.
