For me, the con of this specific job is that it is too far from where I live. Long commute.

Pros

Currently, no pros. It used to be a great organization before the merger.

Cons

Constantly adds new projects or protocols without asking hospitalist feedback. Adds more demands on its hospitalists, but doesn't make our work flow easier. Likes to hire auxillary staff that again, adds more work to an already stressful day. No respect for the high-risk, high-volume work we already do.
