Culture, work-life balance, PEOPLE, autonomy, trust. Truly, my team is my family. I don’t know how we would get through all we have without each other. So much opportunity for growth with everything we have going on. Excited for the future, and so very grateful for the opportunity so far!

Cons

? I believe every company can grow and evolve, but I genuinely feel extremely supported. Nothing comes to mind right away.

Pros

I've never worked with a company that is more invested in their employees. This particular company provides me with every tool that I need to be successful with my position.

Cons

My only "complaint" is with the PTO for RNs. It's considerably low compared to the other jobs that I worked in my career.
