      Growth, development and engagement is a priority to Sound. Senior leadership cares about the well-being of all colleagues and meets regularly with us for engagement and questions. The voice and diversity of colleagues is appreciated and celebrated.

      Cons

      All cons I am aware of are being addressed by senior leadership and a team of people from various lanes to better navigate the cons to a pro.
