      Pros

      Remote positions available and love the people I worked with. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Once Sound Physicians learned the Cogent processes within a year they started doing more rounds of layoffs but also hiring others from where the company's corporate office is based. Very stressful job! Management cares for the most part but they are so busy in the day to day operations and future goals they don't understand the day to day functions and have too high expectations when things are changing constantly.

      Sound is a decent organization.

      Pros

      The company is people-focused, but that has changed in the last few months. Work and life balance is also important to the organization - at least on the corporate side of things.

      Cons

      With the recent expansion of the organization through acquisitions. People at the higher levels have not been available for training and mentor ship. You are expected to perform well as soon as you are hired. There is also a lack of central office support for people in operations.
