      Pros

      The company is fast growing and the work is challenging and interesting. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Some of the processes are left over manual processes from when the company was much smaller. Sound has projects going on to update these manual processes, which will eliminate some of the frustrations.
