Pros

I have only been with Sound Physicians for a short time but it has been one of the best career moves I have made. Joining this successful organization has been completely seamless from setting up email and phone, to travel for training, to getting office supplies. My team was not only instrumental in my training but did so with open arms and a smile. I would have to say one of the most impressive requirements Sound Physicians has in place is the Onboarding Seminar for new employees. This includes everyone in the organization from administration to clinicians to directors. There, we learned all about Sound's history and it's vision. This dedication to introducing new employees to the "Sound Way" is instrumental in their success.

Cons

At this point, I have no complaints. Nor have I had any conversations with another employee that is less than a glowing review of their job satisfaction.

Pros

Everyone seems to really enjoy working for this company and it is contagious. You can tell the recruiters are passionate about the organization, which is what encouraged me move forward with the interview process. The on boarding process was fast and seamless. My team made me feel really welcomed. Coming from my previous employer that is a big deal for me. I also appreciate that though, we work hard and everyone has their personal goals, I do not go home stressed and overwhelmed. I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. Believe this is an organization I can flourish in and look forward to the possibilities ahead.

Cons

First days can be overwhelming when you do not know what to expect. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the company and their job, so it is great to have people to sit and discuss their perceptive about organization and their personal best practices. However, I think it would be more beneficial and productive to provide new hires with a SOP and a formal training platform.
