      - Great people to work with - Commitment to their values and vision - Autonomy with schedule

      Cons

      - Lack of communication re: strategy and goals - Little direction as to what is expected Company is currently undergoing lots of changes and everything can seem overwhelming. Would be nice to have some type of guidance through the process. Everyone within the company currently seems maxed out and overworked. Hopeful that things will get better and more streamlined.

      CEO very personable, with good vision and knowledgable.

      Cons

      Fast growth resulting in poor communication. Good vision but Not carried out well at regiona level. Physicians are underpaid. Must be a conformist to leadership

      Pros

      Your voice is heard, and you can develop a career here. Great management from what I have seen in the different departments I have had touch points with.

      Cons

      A lot of change from acquiring a nearly identical competitor, so there's uncertainty in org structure, process, and the greater context of uncertainty in the medical market.
