Pros

The providers seemed to be very kind to their patients and the office manager was very helpful. He even roomed patients for one of the providers. There was a newly graduating MA there that was sweet. The remote MA was nice as well.

Cons

The front seat was rude, the flow of business was all over the place. No proper training by the one MA, that I assume to be the lead. She literally just turned me loose, only to tell me I’m going throngs wrong, cry because she is stressed, and talk about the other MA that worked there. The group of women in the front were short and rude with the patients, and none of them seem to like their roles at the clinic..

Thank you for the time you spent with us, and for recognizing and supporting our mission. While we've seen change in our executive leadership over the past 10 months, it's change that's enabled us to continue growing and investing in our practices. The work we've collectively done to build strong clinical partnerships and care for the communities we serve is paying off in terms of how we operate and support each other, from the local practice level to our national leadership team.
