      They are organized, although exercise poor insight.

      Cons

      The culture is toxic. Their plans are illogical and there is no foresight.

      Pros

      Great team, solid individuals who are knowledgeable in their roles and passionate in what they do.

      Cons

      No support within the executive leadership. Too many VP’s and not enough staff to do the actual work. Overworked, lower pay for senior staff, bringing in new staff with lesser experience with higher starting pay. Taking away from support staff to give management higher bonuses and raises. Literally have to beg for additional staff and still will get the runaround

      Amazing company; wish they showed us they valued us more

      Pros

      My manager and team are wonderful, working remotely / flexibility is more than I could ask for, I enjoy my job and company overall.

      Cons

      They do not take cost of living or inflation into account, pay increases are extremely low for business colleagues, and there is not much room for growth opportunities.
