      I get to work with a great group of people both physicians and nurses. Great team work.

      Micro management , never thank you for the good work that you do, only focus on the negative aspects and how to improve

      Pros

      they have some great education opportunities with billing and coding and documentation that you do yearly. they have some processes in place. they have locations across america

      Cons

      They don't get your pay check correct. They will use you like a pawn. you will be overworked. very few females in senior leadership

      Flexible work schedule Remote working w/ seniority time Decent Salary

      Cons

      Alcohol encourged at work (even w/ a drug & alcohol policy) Staffing management doesn't back their dept employees. Staffing Management are not "leaders" Management follows only the policies & procedures they choose. Training is lacking Work/Life balance is awful No tuition reimbursement etc
