      No support. Cant be trusted

      Pros

      Great team, solid individuals who are knowledgeable in their roles and passionate in what they do.

      Cons

      No support within the executive leadership. Too many VP’s and not enough staff to do the actual work. Overworked, lower pay for senior staff, bringing in new staff with lesser experience with higher starting pay. Taking away from support staff to give management higher bonuses and raises. Literally have to beg for additional staff and still will get the runaround
