      Innovative - Always looking for opportunities to improve processes and results. Mission Driven - Mission of improving Quality and Reducing overall cost of healthcare are a focus of all initiatives. Leadership Development - Focus and invest time and resources into developing leadership skills in Physicians and Business colleagues

      Cons

      A lot of new personnel due to growth (which is a good thing). Standard growing pains of trying to make sure everyone uses same processes and knows who to reach out to for information.

      With the rapid growth some of the ideas and requirements are not too thought out. Not a lot of communication from management to employee.
