Ridiculous patient volumes all focused on the bottom line, thriving on naïveté of young physicians. Not safe. Disorganized nurse mgmt with very annoying attempts at case management.

The company is constantly changing management. Many of the top executives were recently fired after working at Sound for many years. The CEO just stepped down as well. The company picks up programs all the time, but also closes the same amount or more all the time. The jobs for the programs should be considered temporary because the contracts are year to year and they do not share that when hiring. As they close programs, you are not helped to find other work within the company, you are just laid off. You are expected to work and be available on weekends and holidays, so no work life balance at all. Also, no set pay increases. I have been here 3 years with no increase.
