      Pros

      I have been given so many opportunities for growth by the leadership at Sound and I am forever grateful.

      Cons

      Healthcare in general has been tough of late, and we as front line clinicians are at the 'sharp end'. But being surrounded by experts who love getting the best care for the patients and community we serve makes it a pleasure.

      Pros

      The only pro to working here is that they offer remote positions which provides good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than the industry average (across the board for all levels and positions), the benefits are terrible and the insurance is probably the worst that you can get, which is surprising given that they are funded by and partner with large insurance providers. They'll promise opportunities for growth but it's very highly unlikely it'll ever happen.
