      Pros

      I've been with Sound for 10 years and have no plans to leave. Sound has been fertile soil for me. Working here won't be easy, but it will be worth it. We have a group of growth-minded senior leaders that have a demonstrable commitment to our mission, vision, and values. You don't get that everywhere you go. It's an honor to be pulling alongside this team toward our common objective.

      Cons

      Every place will have its challenges and I believe that they are simply what you make of them. If your mindset is one of adaptability, personal growth and continual improvement then Sound is a phenomenal place to be.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth and Upward promotion in this doing company. Above average compensation levels, particularly in low cost of living areas.

      Cons

      Frequent reorganization and changing job duties and organizational structure. Some fragmentation between local practices and national leadership. No paid parental leave, which should be an industry standard by this time. Benefits are average.
