Painfully disorganized and out of date Help Desk and deployment methods. Senior leadership that won't acknowledge the team's needs. Favoritism and office politics are rampant in IT, and likely elsewhere in the company. Untrained and undisciplined IT Operations Leadership with a "fake it til you make it" attitude. Will go out their way to sabotage others. Leader refuses to prioritize work. Cares more about entertaining leadership than the team's health or for adopting Agile best practices used by the rest of IT. Flagrantly sexist IT Product Management Leadership. If you're a CIS male on this team, don't expect to be heard or recognized for much here. Not even a birthday card. Expect to be continually belittled, insulted, and fired for disagreeing with the wasteful and self-promoting methods of some of the VP's favorites.
