      pay was ok, not super

      Cons

      They tell the new physicians that they’ll be supervising NPs but what ends up happening is that the NPs are evaluating/ managing patients without any physician’s input and the physicians name is on all of those patients papers. I liked all of our NPs but I just dont like that arrangement- if a mistake gets made, Id rather know that it was my own goof up rather than my lack of supervising someone. Im sure its just the way medicine is everywhere now.
