      Fantastic work-life balance, work is incredibly impactful to the landscape and culture of the Puget Sound.

      Cons

      Government work can be bureaucratic at times but overall ST keeps things pretty streamlined in areas they have final say.

      Lots of red tape and slow government SOPs to work through.
