- 13 Euros each day in the office for lunch - relaxed and open office atmosphere - great personal development opportunities from managing staff - transparent work flows - structured and bite-sized work tickets - no deadlines - very nice office

- repetitive work - quite a bit of technical debt with relatively poor documentation for some older parts of the codebase
