Pros

Learned a ton as a seller - Really grew while I was there

Cons

Management sucked. Was squeezed and eventually laid off. First they restricted the size of business we could sell to, then then introduced a cheaper new product with no extra incentives to push it, Then we were told to sell more of it although most people didnt't want it. Then they cut the product that everyone loved and made us sell a cheaper product without adjusting quotas. THEN THEY CUT THE PRICE OF THE CHEAP PRODUCT IN HALF AGAIN and DIDN'T ADJUST QUOTA.
