      Source Infotech is a great company to kickstart your career, I have worked with them for about 4 years. The environment at the company will help you grow and will give you the right exposure to work with some interesting projects, using hottest new technologies in the market. You will be surrounded by knowledgeable and friendly peers. Management of the company really cares about the employees and will help you work with their direct clients as per your area of expertise. The salary is always be credited on time; it was NEVER, not even once delayed for me. Management always tries to resolve the employees concerns on priority-basis. You will also receive health care and 401k benefits. Their immigration team is one of the best and will help you in processing or any related issues.

      Source InfoTech is an excellent company to work for. The management team and the company President truly care about their employees. The company staff are all competent and diligent. They have a wide range of clients and they provide advanced training on multiple technologies. Overall I had a very positive experience during my employment with the company. I highly recommend Source InfoTech to excel in your professional career and to build a strong technical foundation.

      Pros

      Work culture on floor is good , company policies are good ,HR department is good . Great opportunity for learning . Small thing can be taken care by management.. the most important thing is this if you have any problem by your Manager, Team Lead or any Senior then you can easily approach to the Management and they assure you and understand your things... High Incentive is given by company for all employees. Company genuinely care about their staff.
