Pros

Good to place to learn. You will get to work with some very nice people(Depends on team) who are very good at personal and professional level.

Cons

Sometimes management sets Unrealistic deadlines and you will be expected to work on more than one project at a time.

Pros

It is good place to learn, if you are not bothered about what is happening in the company. You may be asked to learn new things and work.

Cons

No guarantee for your job. You may get 40 or 50 % hike when you complete one year . But even if you are performing very well, you may get a mail in the next week after you get hike, saying that "your performance is poor. So, either you leave the company or prove you are performing well, in next 30 days. You will not get any work to show your performance in next 30 days.
