Sourcebits is not the place that you want to retire in. Its a young company that aspires to do something new & different, still chalking its path with new ideas, services & products. Hence it might not be everyones cup of tea! If you aspire to work in a mature organization, where your role is pre-defined, then Sourcebits might really not fulfill your dreams
