There is nothing I found encouraging enough to work for this company
Cons
There is no transparency. Even if you perform well still there is no guarantee that your job will remain secure. You will get shifted from one team to another without getting informed. Teams will not be assigned to you according to your interests.

My spouse was hospitalised and the HR team had taken utmost care to ensure all the insurance support was smooth . I had no challenges during admission and discharge , everything was handled very professionally .

One of the best design teams in India. I was always surrounded with a bunch of talented folk, passionate about creating beautiful, useful products. Understanding and bonding within the team makes it a good place to grow and work. Totally performance driven organisation so top performers are noticed and given value.
Cons
Being in the company for longer than 3 years might affect career/ personal growth. Poor work-life balance which I see is slowly improving and very poor policies which aren't employee friendly. There wasn't office politics a year or two ago but with poor hires in upper management politics are now at play.

Team I worked in was great. People are always ready to help. Lots to learn.
Cons
1. Management couldn't be worse. 2. Policies change every other month. Horrible leave policy - As of today, you can't take more than one CL at a stretch you'll have to club it together with your ELs to do that. 3. No job security. If they don't have much business, they ask the developers to resign and leave.
