-Diverse campus -Remote work -Hiring process is easy and the interviewer is incredibly friendly

Cons

-Micromanaging! -Good luck finding out which person to contact if you have problems -Students use AI and you just have to deal with it -You have so little time for grading and they will send out passive-aggressive emails if you fall behind even an hour later -If you don't give feedback up to their standards, they will send out passive aggressive emails -Little guidance and you will be yelled at if you do anything slightly left-of-center -Awful Pay
