The pay was decent for an adjunct compared to surrounding schools.

Cons

The co-chairs in the department are very unorganized. There are not many teaching resources for adjuncts. The college does not appear to care for their students or adjuncts.

Front-Line co-workers wonderful to work with! They care about their job & their quality of work.

Cons

Bullying management style & it starts from the top. Everyone is assumed to not be doing anything unless they prove they are doing something (& it only convinces them briefly). Not all employees are given the same rules or treatment. Misuse of security cameras. Support Staff are a necessary evil that they have to waste money on, in the eyes of upper management. Admissions Department operates on a "burn 'em & turn 'em" philosophy. They only care about money & not about people (employees as well as students).
