Nepotism and favoritism run rampant at this “college”. You can’t ask questions or you’ll be labeled a “problem”. Leadership is completely incompetent. They will blame everyone for their failings, while simultaneously encouraging going after low socioeconomic status students who can’t even make it at a community college. Employees scream and yell at each other all day and are often in tears by the end of the day. There is zero professionalism. The pay and benefits are hilariously low. Be prepared to pay exorbitant amounts of money for way below average healthcare. They offer an insultingly low 401k match.

You get paid pretty well for any position here You can move up if you can stomach the environment

1. South pays well because that's the only way they keep people, because expectations and the toxicity of every campus certainly pushes people out. 2. Micromanagement for some, no accountability for others 3. Ridiculous goals that have no basis as to how they got to that number 4. Glorified telemarketing that is predatory in nature to students 5. Senior Management has reputation for being sexist and it shows in how the leadership team is formed
