Pros

They will offer to pay for your bachelor's or masters degree. However, you are not eligible for that until you have been with them 1 full year and most do not make it that long.

Cons

If i could give them 0 stars or less i could. No one at this place has a clue what they are doing. Admissions department at every campus is clueless. They constantly fight amongst each other. They will promise you anything to get you to work for them but will never follow through on anything. Even the department heads do not know what it takes to get students enrolled and they are extremely over priced. Do yourself a favor and go work for a not for profit school or if you are looking to go school please do the same. You are expected to sell a degree that is WAY over priced and the school name is not even recognized by most employers. They are no better than ITT Tech or Virginia college. It's not about the student to them it's all about the money. Not worth your time and definitely not worth the money to work for them or attend school there.

Pros

Higher than average wages.

Cons

Narrow minded and untrained management. I witnessed management being disrespectful to students many times and being extremely rude to them. Some management is terrible, mistrusting, homophobic and bigoted. The owners who live in TN made the wood office doors nearly all glass doors because they dont trust staff in their own offices and that way staff can't have privacy even behind closed doors. Don't take it personally. The whole place is that way. Mismanagement is putting it kindly. Students were abused verbally and lied to about the competition in surrounding area (with other schools) so that students wouldn't enroll there. Students told me they were dismissed when they asked questions, although they were told different reasons. It was a horrible place to work, a nightmare from day one when my boss began critiquing what other staff members were wearing, putting them down, talking badly about staff members. Juvenile inappropriate behavior from managment.

Pros

Front-Line co-workers wonderful to work with! They care about their job & their quality of work.

Cons

Bullying management style & it starts from the top. Everyone is assumed to not be doing anything unless they prove they are doing something (& it only convinces them briefly). Not all employees are given the same rules or treatment. Misuse of security cameras. Support Staff are a necessary evil that they have to waste money on, in the eyes of upper management. Admissions Department operates on a "burn 'em & turn 'em" philosophy. They only care about money & not about people (employees as well as students).
