There is not a single good thing about working here

Cons

The health care is garbage and it’s literally just a savings account. The culture is “we love to say no to our customers”. The procedures are absolute chaos that is impossible to understand. The management is in denial and blind when it comes to practicality.

New owners promised latest greatest technology, outstanding caring managers, great corporate culture, top pay, family first atmosphere - reality was outdated tech, inflexible micro-managers, lower pay rates

Cons

Systems are outdated, much of management is stuck in their ways and don’t invite new ideas. Benefits are awful.
