Pros

Not all departments work this way, some people seem to like it here. Average benefits and pto.

Cons

Executive management is not supporting growth for operational departments to maintain quality while the company is growing quickly. Some departments are corrupt and Human Resources works with them to achieve their goals even when it is not fair to the employees and takes their rights away. Manipulated situations to achieve their goal even if it means employees are unhappy and forced into uncomfortable situations. Lack of communication between departments. Lack of changing procedures to match companies growth.

Pros

Casual work environment outside the branches. Decent 401k. In a good market.

Cons

No real investment in technology.no professional development. They'd rather hire someone from another bank than promote internally. Archaic time off policies. They seem to manage out of fear.
