      Mature and balanced leadership Great work life balance Friendly and helpful coworkers Interesting projects

      Cons

      Chaotic at times. Competing projects sharing the same limited pool of resources can make delivery challenging. A form for this and a form for that. Being a heavily regulated business there is a fair amount of administrative work with each project.

      Lots of PTO and no weekends.

      Cons

      Everything else. LITERALLY. They don't care about you or the customers. The branches are a little better but the customer service department was terrible.
